The Lincoln
Bike Bus

It runs every Wednesday morning and has done for years. This is the ride we copied when we started the one at Driscoll.

Every Wednesday 7:30 AM · TWO ROUTES, WEEK ABOUT

Check which route is running

The ride alternates between two routes, so the meeting place changes from one week to the next. The current week, and any weather call, go on Nathan's own page. Look there before you set off.

What to know

  • Wear a helmet. Kids and grown-ups.
  • Come with your child. These are parent-organized rides, so every child rides with their own grown-up.
  • Check which route it is before you leave the house. The two start in different places.
  • Check the bike the night before. Air in the tires and brakes that work.
  • Younger siblings and grandparents are welcome to ride along.
  • Starting one at your school? Massachusetts Safe Routes to School will help, at no cost.

Questions about the Lincoln ride?

Nathan Freitas organizes it. Ask about which route is running this week, where to meet, and what happens if it rains.

Nathan Freitas

Nathan sent us the route names, the times and the map in October 2026 and asked us to put them here. That page is the one that gets updated, so if anything here disagrees with it, go with Nathan's.
